Breathwork is our life force.

It is a powerful practice that helps shift your energy, create balance, regulate your nervous system, and allow you to feel a sense of calm in any moment.

Before a journey, you’ll fill out a questionnaire to help determine whether you are well suited for this practice.

Functional Breathing
online & in person

Even though our breathing happens naturally, it’s not always as functional and supportive as we need it to be. A precise, functional breathing test will reveal exactly how well you are breathing and how it’s affecting you – body and mind. You’ll then learn how to correct your breathing, strengthen your breathing muscles so that you can breathe in a way that optimizes your physical and mental performance.


Breathwork for Trauma Healing
in person only

Breathwork benefits extend well beyond functionality; breathwork is also an incredibly, effective powerful practice that helps us heal past traumas. Certified trauma-informed by Owaken Breathwork, I offer breathwork journeys that help you tap into your body’s innate power to heal.

Breathwork journeys are not suitable for everyone, especially those with certain medical and psychological conditions. Prior to working together, you’ll fill out a questionnaire that helps determine if you are a good fit for these journeys. We will also work together to set a specific intention to guide you through this transformative journey.

What to expect in a breathwork journey:

The breathwork journeys are 3 hours long, with 60-90 mins of activation and restorative breathing. The rest of the session is spent intention setting, integrating the journey through sharing, journaling, and processing. We use therapeutic touch, tapping, and toning. You'll go home with instructions for grounding and continued integration.

You are the master of your own journey; you have the ability to speed it up and slow it down. You are in full control as I hold safe space for you to go inwards and do deep, healing inner work. The goal in the journey is simple: feel to heal.

Breathing Squad

The Breathing Squad is a virtual group class. Typically 60-90 minutes long, this feel-good class offers a combination of functional Breathwork, restorative breathing, yin poses, and sound healing. Next squad is in October!
